- Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a Office Administrator that is 100% onsite. Free parking.
- This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate depending on performance and fit.
- Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours of 8a-5p.
- Location: North Bethesda
- Pay: $23-25/hr based on experience.

Overview of the Office Administrator role:
- Set up conference rooms for meetings (chairs, tables, catering, meeting materials, etc.)
- Work with property managers on Office maintenance requests.
- Ensure breakroom, coffee stations, watercoolers, printers are fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Manage inventory and place supply orders.
- Ad hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
